Erika and team were amazing! My car was experiencing an inconsistent issues with its starter, but they reassured me they would get to the bottom of it. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem while providing a smooth experience, all during a pandemic. Erika was honest and wonderful, I will definitely be returning to this location. The last time I wrote a yelp review was for a service I had done for my Audi. It was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanics. Its criminal they are allowed to stay in business.

Excellent Customer Service! Wow! I really enjoyed my experience at John's Automotive Care. The entire team is professional, polite and very timely. In the office I was assisted by service writer, Justin Synder, who went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle repairs were necessary and that I understood what needed to be done and.... drumroll please... all WITHOUT the condescending tone and "oh you woman, who doesn't understand mechanics " attitude I've experienced so many other places. I enjoyed free coffee , snacks and roundtrip shuttle service. My car was done ontime and I received a coupon for a discount on my next service. Outstanding Experience! Took my ride to John's Automotive Care for a Smog test. I'm a regular customer, but had not been in since COVID. I've come to count on the extra attention to customer service and postive professionalism of the entire team at John's. So I was not surprised, by their above & beyond, adherence to COVID safety compliance; very impressive! I saved $$$ using a coupon mailed to me by John's, and enjoyed a complimentary beverage in the new outdoor rose garden, shaded by an umbrella. I highly recommend John's Automotive Care.
