I have been in many auto repair shops and have never seen such professionalism as I did at JAC. They treated me very well. I appreciated not being treated as a woman out of place, but as a valued customer. All the best to JAC's owner and employees. They deserve it.

Was able to get a ride home after dropping my car off. It was done on time and price quoted. All very efficient and sanitized. Congrats to Justin and all his staff.

Great and honest people to work with. I enjoyed the vehicle report I got via email along with the pictures included, it was a nice touch that I haven't recieved from other places. They really took care of the work on my c6 corvette, enough so that I will more than likely bring in my other cars in the future. The plus side was that they're near where I work and it was nice to have my car done a little after I got off from my shift.

I can't say enough good things about John's. They are so professional, courteous and patient. Every time I talk to Justin I never feel rushed. He takes the time to listen to me and the time to explain himself in a concise manner. I love the email I get with the photos of what needs attention and what doesn't. It makes it easy to understand for anyone. And last but not least, one of the main reasons I will only take my cars to John's is they stand behind their work. Anytime I've had an issue they've resolved it fast and no charge.

Their prices are fair and you really do get a bang for your buck especially if your a AAA member. I didn't give them five stars because I did have one negative encounter after being a customer with them for about a year. However, one of the associates tried to quickly remedy the situation and did so to a certain extent. They are very professional and customer oriented. I would recommend this company but I would also recommend you cross reference with different mechanic shops for quality assurance purposes.

I had a BAR smog repair. Check engine bulb burned out. They did a great job, only hassle was BAR had changed some rules. But they got it figured out and it worked out well!

I brought my car to you because it overheated. After paying 1,300 dollars to fix the problem , it overheated when I was driving it home from your shop.
