I've been putting off bringing the car in because of the virus and until I started having intermittent sticky key problems, the car was running fine. I rubbed a little WD40 on my key and don't know if that took care of the problem, but it hasn't happened since. I'm glad the oil has been changed and everything checked out. '

This was my second time at Johns. I won’t go anywhere else now. It all comes down to the personal service. I’ll be honest I know very little about mechanics. Which is to say that whatever goes on behind the scenes, I have no way to judge. I just want my car back w a clean bill of health. What does matter is how I am treated as a person. Which isn’t always the priority everywhere you go. They are SUPER communicative, honest, and thorough. And I was EXTREMELY impressed by their Covid measures. Disinfecting the steering wheel and drivers area, even the key before handing it back to me. Just really nice crew all the way ARound. Ideally you wanna be at a mechanic as little as possible but when you need to be At one this is the one to go to.
