My son has taken care of our car repairs for years, however, he recently relocated from CA to AZ so I had to find another place to take care of our vehicles. I asked around and did some internet searching and John's kept coming up as the best place in town. From the initial phone call, to the detailed report w/pictures and very reasonable prices, to the superior customer service from EVERYONE I dealt with at John's, I have to say they have gone over and above even my son's service--and that's saying ALOT! It meant the world to us to know that we were in the best of hands. Thank you!!

Smog check. Friendly, professional, on time and professional. The strict Covid precautions are well designed and did not degrade the warm and thoughtful manner in which the business was handled. I WILL BE BACK for other things when needed.

Had no appointment, drove in and was told may not get to car before Tuesday, then Monday got a call and they diagnosed the problem and was out by afternoon..

my wife n i had a battery failure while she was having her hair done.when she was finished i went to start our suv...no start ! so then called AAA he came out,jumped started ,then turn off,restart.he said battery was bad .then we went to autozone where we bought the battery.the tech checked ,battery was o.k.he said the alternator was bad. two opinions ?so i called johns auto care (we had other work done there before ,very good.)i talked to justin,he said bring 'er in.he had their tech check it out.everything is A-O.K. he said we need to" drive it more." ( costed me $95.00 the hard way) DUH!!! any way the service is "great" n hats "off to justin thanks bill n dee hydrick
