I came it to get my transmission checked because I wasn’t satisfied with the service I got from San Diego CDJR. Justin help me out from appointment to getting the vehicle check and made some recommendations of getting it fix and to pass smog. Thanks Justin and to your team. I have gone here for about 2.5 years now. This place is honest and cares about the customer. I had issues with my F150 and had some electrical/battery issues, but they weren’t able to duplicate it. After 45 min and all the testing was done, they said everything was good and decided not to charge me. I have brought 3 cars here ranging from oil changes to exhaust manifold failures, etc.

This is a very well run business. Their service reports are so thorough and detailed. With all the photos of the vehicle and the description of each there leaves no doubt of the attention and work done to my vehicle. Great service, great repairs. I really liked the emailed problem report that included pictures and explanations of the problems. Excellent Coronavirus safety protocols too.

Grinding sound in my right front brake. They removed the small rock and everything was fine. Their service was excellent and professional and not expensive.
