My car was overheating so I dropped it off at the shop on Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning I was emailed a full diagnostic with photos of problem areas. Justin went through everything with me and even went so far as to go out to my car and pull my paperwork from my glove box to see whether my tires were still under warranty somewhere else. Saved me some money there! I was given a price and time quote and when my car was ready, it came in under the quote and faster than expected. Amazing service. I felt they were very honest with me about what was needed for my car.
