Great customer service. Knowledgeable and they dont try to take advantage of you. They take VERY good care of vehicles by covering any surface they may touch inside. Which covid aside is extremely important to me and says a lot about them. I cant tell you how many times I have used other shops and picked my cars up with grease and oil on my seat or steering wheel or worse.

2021 I am very grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust. My old car needs more work than is worth it, including a replacement catalytic converter. There was ZERO pressure to do expensive repairs. And they offer a detailed check of the next used car I'll consider buying, for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs a mechanic. GREAT shop. 2020 They are competent, friendly, and offer the best documentation and evaluation of the state of your car of any mechanic I have ever been to, including photographs which they include in a report which you can take with you or they will email to you.

I highly recommend John’s for smog. They are professional, use all necessary PPE’s and are super efficient.

I've used John's Auto for 20 years. They are reliable, honest and do excellent work. They are professional and very timely with their estimates and completing the work. As a female, they have earned my trust over the years, I never have to worry about being "gouged"! John, the owner, even advised me at one point not to put any more money into my older vehicle, that it was time to sell it! Great advice and he has been on board with my new vehicle and helping me maintain it.
