The service representatives at John's got us in for service by the next day, quickly identified the problem, and the repairs were reasonably priced and done quickly. Thanks for making this an easy process!

They are competent, friendly, and offer the best documentation and evaluation of the state of your car of any mechanic I have ever been to, including photographs which they include in a report which you can take with you or they will email to you.

Great service and excellent maintenance

Oh the joys of car maintenance- especially when both of your cars need maintenance at the same time! I found John's randomly while seeking a second opinion for one of our cars through reviews online. I could not have been happier with my experience. Not only were they incredibly efficient, thoughtful and communicative (Benjamin was amazing) throughout the entire experience, but they truly did go above and beyond as our two cars shifted between their service and dealerships (for warranty and recall repairs). Instead of being frustrated at my back and forth (which truly would have been their right) they went above and beyond to make sure I had thorough and complete reports to take with me to the dealership and volunteered to communicate directly if needed in order to make sure the correct repairs were made. In the end, when we decided not to complete the repairs on one of our vehicles, again, they could have been frustrated at the time and energy, including bringing in an additional expert, but instead helped me with making the donation of my vehicle to a great cause. Finally, when the experience of giving up a car I'd had for 10 years was more emotional than expected, they had tissues handy as they helped me clean out my car. Above and beyond is an understatement.

I found John’s on Google Maps when I started having engine stalling issues. They had great reviews, and seemed to respond to all of their customer’s comments. Engaging the customer reviews is actually what drew me to them over other mechanics. Jeff was thorough when we talked, and took care of pretty much everything on the phone so that I wasn’t stuck filling out paperwork when I got to the shop. Turn around time with diagnostics and repair was less than 24 hours, and the price was extremely reasonable. This will definitely be my “go to” mechanic from now on.
