Their manager Neil is extremely rude and condescending on every encounter. Very snobby, no people skills whatsoever. When I got home after receiving my car back, I realized that my two phone chargers disappeared out of my car even though they had my car for less than an hour. I could call them, but obviously what's the point? They are dishonest, expsensive, poor customer service, will take even the chargers out of your car, rude manager with zero people skills. The manager even had the audacity to call me back a day later kind of snappy asking me again if I would be hiring them to service my car. Hard pass.
