The guys were straight forward, nice, & quick. Had their recommendations of preventative fixes, but didn't hesitate to let me know the bare minimum I needed to get my car fixed up & passing smog. Also gave me a little gift certificate to a local BBQ spot. Will go there again!

Amazing team of highly trained professionals. The owner is a great person who does a lot for the community, and shows it throughout his business. Friendly services, affordable diagnostics, and good honest work. Their diagnostics services are beyond what anyone would expect. Picture, and detailed reports of just about everything that they find along with suggestions of repairs based on their findings. A very transparent process. So happy to have found a business I can trust.

I had an appointment to drop my car off for an oil change at 10:00 a.m., just an oil change. I could have taken it to a jiffy lube and gotten it back in like 15 minutes and I expected to take a little bit longer at John's because I know you guys do a better job but it took all day! He even asked me after I dropped it off when I would like it back and I told him as soon as possible but I didn't even get a phone call until 4:30 ish, when they closed at 5...then he tells me about some additional work that can be done but obviously that can't be done at this point cuz they're about to close. He also asks me when he called if I wanted my vehicle back that day when I had dropped it off to him that morning letting him know that I wanted it back as soon as possible and then he's like oh yeah you better hurry up and get a ride here because we close soon! but he said he was going to be able to get the air filter and cabin filter in in time. But I didn't even approve it until 4:30 so it makes me worry that it even got installed at all. also, since I've gotten my car back, it's shaking when it's idling and it wasn't doing that before.
