Great service, on time, friendly and accommodating.

I brought my Range Rover for inspection because the steering wheel was too stiff and wasn’t turning as easily as it used to. This condition was developed about 2 weeks ago. After charging non-refundable inspection fee, I was told that there is nothing wrong with it and I’m simply imagining it. Will be taking it to Land Rover instead.

They quickly diagnosed the issue on short notice, with no appointment. They were very kind and sensitive to my unique situation. They completed the work quickly and got my car back on the road within a couple of days. I felt they were honest, compassionate, and cared. I would use JAC again in the future.
