The was my 1st experience with John’s. They have great customer service and they include a thorough inspection. The repair was done in a timely manner and the labor charge was reasonable. My only objection is they only offered the genuine manufacturer part which cost $300 compared to other highly rated 3rd party parts that cost $50. I would’ve liked the less expensive options to bring the total cost of the repair down. As a result, I’ll likely look at other auto repair shops in the future.
