Ben and Dawn was very courteous and professional dealing with their clients. Ben will inform and send you an email almost everything that you will need in regards to maintaining your vehicle. I had an appointment to drop my car off for an oil change at 10:00 a.m., just an oil change. I could have taken it to a jiffy lube and gotten it back in like 15 minutes and I expected to take a little bit longer at John's because I know you guys do a better job but it took all day! He even asked me after I dropped it off when I would like it back and I told him as soon as possible but I didn't even get a phone call until 4:30 ish, when they closed at 5...then he tells me about some additional work that can be done but obviously that can't be done at this point cuz they're about to close. He also asks me when he called if I wanted my vehicle back that day when I had dropped it off to him that morning letting him know that I wanted it back as soon as possible and then he's like oh yeah you better hurry up and get a ride here because we close soon! but he said he was going to be able to get the air filter and cabin filter in in time. But I didn't even approve it until 4:30 so it makes me worry that it even got installed at all. also, since I've gotten my car back, it's shaking when it's idling and it wasn't doing that before.

These guys are great! Incredibly thorough and transparent with their work and thought process. Amazing communication regarding my car. Jack called me multiple times a day to discuss what was going on with my car and to present different options available to fix my check engine light without destroying my wallet. The work they did on my car was fast and high quality. I normally take care of most issues with my car myself, but I don't have the proper diagnostic tools at my house to accurately figure out what was causing my p0026/p0028 codes to pop. But man, I am glad I took my car to John's Automotive Care to fix my issue. Super affordable and awesome service. 5/5
