Great team at John's. All very professional. 3 year 36k warranty on all parts and labor beats most shops I know at 2 year 24k.

I highly recommend John's Automotive Care. They have excellent customer service; which is a rarity today. They are very efficient and provide excellent communication. They also provide a detailed breakdown of the work (via an email link) including photos that serves as a visual for customers to see they work needing to be completed. Dawn, Tony, & Ben are great. The whole staff seemed to be very customer focused with a common goal of overall customer satisfaction with fair pricing.
