First time taking my car here, found lots of good reviews online and decided to try them. Amazing customer service, everyone was professional and courteous. The service took much less than I expected, will definitely go back when I need to.

I just recently had work done on my diesel 1ton pick up. It has been many years since it pulled the way it did when I left the show room floor. I took it from the shop, hooked it up to my 4 horse gooseneck trailer with the heaviest load I had ever had & it walked & talked me all the way back to New Mexico without any trouble & power enough to earn me a ticket up any mountain between San Diego & Albuquerque. ( No, I didn’t get one). When I got home I got a call from Johns & said they reviewed my bill & had accidentally over charged me & a refund was in the mail. Can’t say enough about honesty & professionalism. I’d use them as my full time mechanics if I lived in San Diego. Thank you!!!!!

Very pleased with experience when needing diagnostic and major car repair. Had a new transfer case installed with fluids replaced. Also oil gasket replaced, air and cabin filters. I very much like the service notes made available electronically. Software nice.

Our SUV was due for a routine inspection. We’ve been very fortunate that in the last few years we haven’t had any major problems and the reviews for John’s were impeccable. We made an appointment within a couple days and they called us the same day they inspected to go over the necessary and recommended repairs. Although it wasn’t what we hoped/expected they gave us a very fair price and had the extensive repairs done within two days. We plan on having some extra items added before we move next years and John’s will be our go-to for any future work. Highly recommend !!!!
