This shop is hands down best shop I have been to. I was riding my motorcycle in the area and my gear shift lever snapped getting off the freeway while in 4th gear. I made it as far as I could before reaching a red light and pulling over to the side of the road. My phone was literally at one percent and when I was calling my wife to let her know where I was my phone died. It was late in the afternoon and thought my bike was going to be stranded overnight on the side of the road and I would have to rent a motorcycle trailer and take it to a shop somehow during work to get it fixed. That's when I saw John's Automotive at the other end of the street and ran over there hoping they were not already closed (as I knew the motorcycle shop I take it to regularly closed at 5. That's where I ran into Frank who helped me push my motorcycle into the lot of their shop. The shop was clean, everything from the paint job to their lifts looked brand new, it was organized and the cars had plastic coverings on the seats and wheels for added safety precautions. Frank grabbed Ben who also owns a motorcycle and knew his way around one (as motorcycle repair is not something that they even do as far as I could tell) and they proceeded to see if there was anything they could do to help. I was assured my bike could stay there overnight, so it would not get stolen, in case it was not something they could fix. It took Ben and Frank only about ten minutes to diagnose and repair my bike and get me back on the road. On top of that they told me to set down my gear as I was out of breath and offered me water. They were friendly and down to earth and I will be taking my vehicles here (just moved a month ago from Santa Barbara) from here on out because of their outstanding customer service. They both saved the day for me and have another new, loyal customer.
