I found this business through Yelp and the owner was very responsive to my questions and replied quickly. I was able to make an appointment for a pre-purchase vehicle and inspection and they did not disappoint! They thoroughly reviewed the inspection report page by page with recommendations and explanations. I would definitely recommend them and plan on returning to do an inspection on our second car. Great customer service, patient, efficient and did a great job at explaining things we were not familiar with.

My husband and I both had oil changes and our vehicles checked out at John’s Automotive before a long-distance trip. They are great on the phone, the customer waiting area is clean and nice. They offer complimentary shuttle service if there’s a wait. They did everything they said they were going to do. They exceeded our expectations in every way and I would use them again for any car service and highly recommend them.

One of the most professional shops I've come across. They make sure you are understand any issues and give you several choices about what needs to be done and should be done so you can make an informed decision.

Pricey for a smog check.

The folks at John's were incredibly thorough, transparent, honest, kind, and conscientious of Covid safety. My 2008 Toyota needed some long-overdue attention, and the technicians offered detailed inspection notes, prices/estimates for each line item, and sound advice (**without** making me feel guilty, cornered, or irresponsible, like so many other auto-services have caused me to feel in the past) to help me prioritize the services I needed on my tight budget. Because I live within 5 miles, I was offered shuttle service from and to my home, which was so wonderful.
