Dawn and Benjamin were very helpful and very pleasant to deal with! Our BMW was ready a little earlier than promised so we were very happy about that. All in all our dealings with John’s Automotive this time and in the past have been very positive. We were bummed that due to Covid right now they don’t have their courtesy shuttle running but we understand!

These guys were very helpful, honest, and generous, and Dawn made me feel calm and relaxed even with the stress of a very damaged vehicle. I will definitely look to this shop again in the future!

These guys are the best! They are completely transparent, advise you exactly how long they think it'll take to get you repair done. They're upfront with the expected cost, everyone is super friendly and helpful. As we were dropping off our car this morning, they announced a company huddle over the loudspeaker and all the bees and mechanics gathered in the back for a little meeting. Wow, refreshing to see an auto repair shop operating like this.
