I brought in my car, knowing it was barely running. I had resolved that if I had to spend over a certain amount on repairs, I would just junk it. They gave the car a very thorough inspection, pictures included to explain the issues they found. When I decided I'd rather junk the car, they worked with me and even helped get the car towed. Every step of the way, they were unfailingly polite and helpful. As long as I'm in San Diego, this is the only place I'll go.
