John's Automotive is the best place I have ever taken a vehicle for service. I'm now on my second vehicle with them, and they have always gone above and beyond no matter what the task is. The repair work, customer service, and entire experience is top notch from start to finish. Simply excellent all the way around. Highly recommend.

The team at John’s Automotive completed a smog check on my vehicle, which is an older (2005) Hyundai. They said it might take extra time, but they completed it quickly. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. Everyone was friendly and personable— and paid attention to covering high-touch surfaces in my car while working, as well as disinfecting those surfaces before I re-entered my car. Physical distancing and face masks were in place everywhere I looked. They even added a pleasant outdoor space for waiting, if one wanted to wait.

Quick alignment and car drove nicely once finished. Will go back again.
