I literally only take my car to this shop. I’m a mid 20s female who doesn’t know much about cars ... and always feel like I might get ripped off.. but John’s automotive doesn’t make me feel like that at all. They are so friendly, so informative, so knowledgeable, and I don’t ever feel like I’m overpaying or feel “ripped off.” They really care about their customers and remember them! I had to come in to do an alignment one month, another month I was concerned about a noise in the back, and this month- a smog test (I have a great car, I’m just a paranoid girl who doesn’t want to trade this in anytime soon) and they really care about my car and tell me upfront what they would do if they were in my shoes. I 10/10 recommend them- shoutout to Justin for giving my puppy treats every time we come in!

My car was overheating so I dropped it off at the shop on Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning I was emailed a full diagnostic with photos of problem areas. Justin went through everything with me and even went so far as to go out to my car and pull my paperwork from my glove box to see whether my tires were still under warranty somewhere else. Saved me some money there! I was given a price and time quote and when my car was ready, it came in under the quote and faster than expected. Amazing service. I felt they were very honest with me about what was needed for my car.
