I had my 2015 mustang serviced here. They did a full brake job including rotors, brake lines etc. They also did a full inspection and showed me pictures of what they found. I first took my car to Firestone before coming here. Firestone however did more damage than good and my rotors needed a replacement. At John's automotive care they found the issue and some other underlying issues that I didn't know about. And as I said they sent me pictures of everything which was very helpful to see. I highly recommend coming here for any automotive needs. You will be greeted with honest, hard working people who will take complete care of your car!

Just an oil change, but also got a very thorough inspection of my vehicle. These guys know their craft, I trust them servicing my (hate to admit this) my 8 cars and 1 truck.

You rarely find a shop with a 30 day warranty let alone 36 months or 36,000!! This is the one. Very personable, nice guys and gals! Recommend highly.

They are crooks. They wanted to charge $800.00 for an alternator that I just replaced and paid $350.00 for. They are crooks, they will tell you parts need to be replaced on your vehicle that really don't need to be.They are crooks don't ever go to John's Automotive in San Diego...I don't recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!

Great service with a timely completion date. Excellent customer service. Andrew was very helpful with getting me a ride after dropping off my parents car after the repair. The shuttle service was top notch. The driver was professional, timely and it was a pleasant ride. Thank you.
