We moved to San Diego CA in 2016 and was referred to John Automotive to service our 2005 BMW. Our relationship with them has been great. They have done all of our services and repairs. The staff is fantastic and professional. We are leaving San Diego but will recommend them for any of your car needs.

The staff at John's was professional and efficient as usual. We were helped by Dawn and Tony on Saturday. We really appreciate that John's is open on Saturdays. Fortunately there were no major problems and they had our car checked out & back to us on Monday as promised. Thank you Dawn and Tony!

From my initial contact, to my detailed inspection result, to the work itself, I really feel that John's Automotive does it's best to provide a great service and experience. My service rep Justin was great, too. Taking me through every step all the way to the final inspection. I will definitely be returning for any future work!
