I appreciate the honesty of this repair shop. I brought in my Envoy to John's for repair. I told Andrew it was for my 21 year old daughter attending school in northern California. He told me essentially, I was putting good money after bad and it was not worth keeping this car. I should sell and purchase another more reliable car for my daughter.
