Brake job done so poorly that I had to take the 2004 F 150 to another auto shop and spend $250 to finish the brake job. Mechanic left grease marks from his dirty hands all over the interior driver's door. Took a week to get the job done and it was done poorly overall. The mechanic who did the brakes should be fired.

I'm not one to leave reviews. I was throughly impressed with their honestly and customer service at John's Automotive Care. I was quoted ~$1,100 for parts and labor from a local large corporation. Dave said he would inspect for free and let me know. After review, he told me nothing was wrong and gave me his honest recommendations. I've been looking for an automotive shop since my return to San Diego. I have found it at John's Automotive Care. Shout out to the team for exemplary customer service.
